About Me
I am member of the Silicon Valley Association of Realtors (SILVAR), the California Association of REALTORS, and the National Association of REALTORS. I am a San Jose State and Lynbrook High School alumni and proud to be a life long South Bay resident.
With an accounting and economic background I dove into real estate in 2007 as a wide-eyed rookie. I joined a company and a team that was consistently among the top sellers in the Bay Area since 2005.With an accounting and economic background I dove into real estate in 2007 as a wide-eyed rookie. I joined a company and a team that was consistently among the top sellers in the Bay Area since 2005. Many people ask me why I joined Asante Real Estate and why I chose this business model. The answer lies within the question.
I joined Asante Real Estate because I strongly believe in their business model. Our 1% listing model is so strong that we don't have to fight for business. Our model sells itself.
I realized quickly that most real estate agents spent 80% of their time marketing themselves and only 20% of the time working. With my business model, it is the opposite. I spend 80% of my time working! Actually doing transactions. Wow! What a concept!
Finally, I asked myself the most important question: If I were to personally sell or buy a home, what company would I choose? A full-priced brokerage, which has all the bells and whistles, or a fair-priced brokerage, which also offers all the bells and whistles. It doesn't take a Lynbrook graduate to figure that one out.
Now I find myself excited for more. I have completed more transactions in the first 2 years than some agents have closed in 10, and my clients haved saved over 1 million dollars because of my business model. And with this new ever-changing market in front of us, I once again feel like that young eager wide-eyed rookie awaiting another oppurtunity to succeed for you.
Did you know?
The average real estate agent closes only about 2 deals a year?
